Late Air Reasons
The DIAD requires you to select a late air reason after a stop complete when one of the following
types of packages is delivered past its commit time:
• Early A.M.
• Next Day Air.
• Next Day Air Saver (Commercial stop only).
• 2nd Day Air A.M. (Commercial stop only).
• Time-Sensitive International.
If you scan a Worldwide waybill bar code, you will be prompted to select the service class that has
been designated on the waybill. The DIAD cannot determine which class of service is indicated on
the waybill (such as Express, Expedited, or Standard).

B-Express
C-Express Saver
D-Expedited/Rapido
E-3 Day Select
F-Standard
G-Economy

The commit times for Postal Codes and city exceptions have been downloaded to the DIAD. The
DIAD also distinguishes between rural and city address ranges that have two different commit times.
These commit times reflect the commit times listed in the current Air Services Guide that is
distributed to our customers.
