• ARS—Number of Authorized Return Service packages picked up.

• Spc1—Number of CDS packages and additional information.

• Spc2—Number of phone calls to CSC to report tracking information.

• Spkr—Number of successful Speaker-Comm calls.

• RA—Number of remote area deliveries.

• PAS (Print-At-Stop Information):

Ø Stps—Print-At-Stop delivery stops.

Ø Pkgs—Print-At-Stop packages.

Ø Pgs—Print-At-Stop pages.

Ø OMsg—Number of On Demand messages received.
