“NonPU Displays Non-Pickup Menu to allow selection of the reason for non-pickup.
“Ovrride” Allows entry of address information that is not contained in DIAD Loop Detail database.
Also used to enter multiple checks on COD Calculation screen and accesses Paper record
screen from “Shipper Number” field.
“+Paper” Displays Paper record Screen when selected from “Shipper Number” field.
“PreComm” Allows entry of information on car load conditions and misloaded packages.
“PreRec” Temporarily stores stop/package information in DIAD for later retrieval.
“Rad Off” Disables radio transmitter.
“Rad On” Enables radio transmitter.
“Road” On Road Call Screen, indicates that a breakdown was on the road.
“Ship#<6” Used when shipper number is less than six digits. Places a “/” in last digit position and
allows DIAD to process shipper number.
“SplCnts” Displays Special Counts Screen for input of ARS, Special 1, 2, A, and B counts.
“StpDIAD” Allows the user to stop the DIAD at the end of the day.
“Verify” Displays Driver Verification screen.
“Yes” Indicates a positive response to a question on the display screen.
“.” Used in addresses, return addresses, and text messages.
“/” Used in street numbers when the address is a fraction (e.g. 123 ½ York Rd.).
