DIAD Alerts
Transmission of delivery tracking information and exception data is crucial in keeping our
commitment to our customers. The DIAD will prompt you with alert screens in the following
situations:
when data needs to be sent
if there is a problem transmitting the information
If the DIAD radio does not transmit the data, make a Speaker-Comm call. A successful
Speaker-Comm call sends all DIAD package tracking information and exception package
detail.
Transmission Commit Times
Always respond to DIAD alert screens within 10 minutes.
