Note: If the recipient’s handset is off, your
handset will display a message stating that
your message was not acknowledged.
receive an alert notification
When it receives an alert notification, your
handset sounds a special tone, unless it is set
to make no sounds.
You can receive the alert notification via SMS
and/or data message depending on the
Contact’s configuration (see page 35).

2 You are placed in a Phone call with the
SMS sender.

3 Enter your message.
4 Press - under Send .
