Common Radio Features
Note: No traffic is heard on trunked channels while Status Calls is
selected.
If the radio detects no Status Call activity for six seconds, an
alert tone sounds until the PTT button is pressed.
Use the Preprogrammed Status Button

last acknowledged status
call, or the first status in the
list, is displayed.
2 Press V or U to find the
status you wish to send.

Use the keypad to enter the
predefined condition’s loca-
tion in the list.
3 Press the PTT button to send
the status.

acknowledges the call, you
