1 Access the Text Message feature.
Text Messaging
Your radio is able to receive data, for example a text
message, from another radio or a text message application.
There are two types of text messages, Digital Mobile
Radio (DMR) Short Text Message and text message. The
maximum length of a DMR Short Text Message is 23
characters. The maximum length of a text message is
