Indicator Tones
The following are the tones that sound through the radio
speaker.
Indicator tones provide you with audible indications of the
status after an action to perform a task is taken.

Alert tones provide you with audible indications of the
status, or response to data received on the radio.
High pitched tone Low pitched tone
Solid yellow Radio is in Bluetooth Discoverable
Mode.
Double Radio is actively searching for a new
blinking yel- site.

Blinking yel- Radio is receiving a Call Alert or Scan
low is enabled and is idle (radio will remain
muted to any activity).
Solid green Radio is powering up or transmitting.
Blinking Radio is powering up, receiving a call
green or data.
Double Radio is receiving a privacy-enabled
blinking call.

Continuous Tone
A monotone sound.
Sounds continuously until
termination.
Periodic Tone
Sounds periodically de-
pending on the duration
set by the radio. Tone
