WARRANTY
WARRANTY
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
MOTOROLA INC. ("MOTOROLA") warrants its
MOTOROLA manufactured Radius Communication
Products ("Product") against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of time from the date of purchase as scheduled
below:
Products and Accessories
NOTE:
Rechargeable batteries will be replaced during the
applicable warranty period if:
A) the battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity, or
B) the battery develops leakage.
Products Covered Length of Coverage
CP185 Two-Way Radio
Two (2) years from the date of
purchase by the first consumer
purchaser of the product unless
otherwise provided for below.
Motorola/Mag One
Accessories
One (1) year from the date of
purchase by the first consumer
purchaser of the product.
Products and
Accessories that are
Repaired or Replaced
The balance of the original
warranty or for ninety (90)
days from the date returned to
the consumer, whichever is
longer.
