the alarm condi-
tion the counter
is set to 0 if it
has a negative
value. The
rssicnt com-
mand can be
used for check-
ing the threshold
that is currently
used. The alarm
may be reported
because of the
BRC hardware
failure or config-
uration prob-
lems.
