Inserting or removing a SIM card
Use the following procedure to insert or remove a SIM card.
To insert or remove a SIM card
1. Shut down the Tablet PC.
2. Remove the right battery or battery bay cartridge. Slide the battery release switch until
the battery is partially ejected, and then pull the battery out of the battery bay.
3. Do one of the following:
• To insert a SIM, lift the plastic film covering the SIM slot and slide the card under the
tabs in the slot. Ensure that the metal contacts are facing downward.
• To remove a SIM, lift the plastic film covering the SIM slot and slide the card out.
4. Replace the battery.
