PROGRAMS
The interventions listed below must be effected at the intervals (hours and months) in the chronologie order
A every day or every 8 hours D every 1000 hours
B every 250 hours or every 6 months E every 2000 hours
C every 500 hours or every 12 months F every 3000 hours
(1) Replace the antifreeze every 2 years. If instead of antifreeze, anticorrosive is used in the coolant, replace it
every 6 months. Make sure you use the right quantity.
(2) By well trained staff.
(3) The interval for changing oil must be modied if the load factor of the engine is above 40% or if a specically
wrong oil is used. If you are not sure how to calculate the load factor for said application, please turn to the
Assistance Centre.

Check the level of the coolant

Check the concentration of the coolant (1)

Check the tension and the state of the driving belt
l
Replace the control belt of the alternator
l
Drain the water from the prelter (if assembled)
l
Replace the cartridge of the fuel lter
l
Check the efciency of the injectors (2)

Check the level of the lubricating oil
l
Change the lubricating oil of the engine (ll slowly, make shure the right quantity is used)

Replace the engine oil lter

Clean the air lter and empty the dust gathering cup of the air lter in very dusty condi-
tions
l

Clean the housing of the rotor in the turboblower and the housing of the compressor in
the turboblower (2)

Check the valve clearance of the engine and set it up if necessary (2)

Check all hoses and connectors
l
Replace the engine breather pipe

Check the alternator, the starting motor (2)
l
Inspect the electrical plant to see that the wires are well rm and not worm out
l
Check and repair any loss or damage at the engine
