HOW TO SCAN A QR CODE
How can we help? Our world-class customer support team
is available to assist you prior to, during and after installation.
QR codes give you quick access to websites without
having to type or remember a web address. Some
QR codes can be accessed via your phone’s built-in
camera.
If the solutions for Apple and Android phones don’t
work for you, download a QR scanner from the App
Store or Google Play Store.
Apple:
You can use the Camera app on your iPhone, iPad, or
iPod touch to scan a QR code.
1. Open the Camera app from the Home screen,
Control Center, or Lock screen.
2. Select the rear facing camera. Hold your device so
that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the
Camera app. Your device recognizes the QR code
and shows a notification.
3. Tap the notification to open the link associated
with the QR code.
Android:
1. Open your Camera app and point it steadily for 2-3
seconds towards the QR Code you want to scan.
2. Whenever scanning is enabled, a notification will
appear.
3. If nothing happens, you may have to go to your
Settings app and enable QR Code scanning.
4. If QR Codes isn’t an option in your settings, your
device unfortunately can’t scan QR Codes natively.
But don’t worry, this only means you’ll have to
download a third-party QR Code reader app
