Method:
1 Add the vegetables to the Jug in the order listed. Add the stock,
milk and mustard powder and stir well with a wooden spoon.
2 P
lace the Lid on the Jug and select Smooth setting. When ready,
remove the Lid, add the cheese and replace the Lid.
3 P
ress and hold the Smoothie / Blend Button until well mixed. Check
the seasoning and serve.
Ingredients:
• 100g onion, chopped

• 150g potato, chopped
• 700ml hot vegetable stock
• 200ml semi skimmed milk
• A good pinch of English
mustard powder
• 180g mature Cheddar
cheese, grated
