[49][0x0030] (bit-field). Today’s load output self-diagnostic faults (sticky).
Reports load faults identified by self diagnostics that occurred today. Each bit corresponds to a specific
fault. If a bit is set, that fault occurred at least once
today. Bit order is identical to the Load_fault
bitfield.
