Put on the dry flour, don't
touch with any liquid.
For baking of bread containing significant amounts of whole-wheat. This setting
has a longer preheat time to allow the grain to soak up the water and expand. It is
not advised to use the delay function as this can produce poor results.
Whole-wheat usually produces a crispy thick crust.
After the dough has been stirred, you can remove the lid and check.If you are not
satisfied with the results, you can restart the program and try again.
