1. There is too much water

long time that the crust

Unplug the appliance
from socket and contact
customer service.
1. Take out the bread from
the barrel as soon as it is
done and let it dry at
ambient temperature.
2. Decrease the amount of
yeast so that the bread
won't be too soft.

if there is salt noted in

be at the temperature
from 59°F~ 77°F.
There is a big hole
inside the bread.
