1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning and maintaining it.
2. Use soft and damped cloth to wipe the housing with neutral detergent
and dry it with dry cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in the water
in case of triggering short circuit and malfunctions.
3. Do not use abrasive tools to clean the appliance in case of hurting
the housing or the non-stick coating of the bread barrel.
4. Kneading paddle：Pour some hot water into the bread barrel for
easy cleaning the barrel and remove the kneading paddle. Do not
use abrasive cleaning tools to clean the appliance in case of
damaging the stainless coating.
6. Memory function
When the appliance gets unplugged during the process for certain reasons, it can continue preset
program as long as it is plugged in again within 15 minutes. If the disconnected time is longer than
15 minutes, the preset program will be reset and please start over with new ingredients.
7. Malfunctions alarm
① The alarm will shows up in the LCD when the thermostat disconnects or short-circuits.
② When the thermostat disconnects, the LCD will show "EE0" and the appliance will beep for 5
times.
③ When the thermostat short circuits, the LCD will show "E2E1" and the appliance will beep for 5
times.
