1. Add-in box
1. The add-in box is able to contain the add-ins temporary for user as it will release add-ins inside it
to the bread barrel when the process proceeds to add-in step.
Tips: ①The more add-ins are in the bread, the worst the bread will ferment.
②Due to the different raw materials, the shape of add-ins may become different.
2. Delay timer
This function is used for schedule a cooking process in next 15 hours max. Just put the ingredi-
ents inside the bread barrel and choose the program and the bread will be ready as scheduled.
The number of time displays on the LCD indicates the finishing time of the program. For example,
when you set the delayed time for 11:00 at 8 p.m, the bread will be ready at 7 a.m at next day
morning.
3. Keeping warm mode
When the cooking process is finished, the appliance will beep for 10 times and enter the keeping
warm mode as the LCD displays "0:00". The appliance will beep for 5 times in 1 hour and end the
keeping warm process. During this mode, press start/stop button for 2 seconds to exit. (This
mode is only available for program 1~6 and 19)
4. Prompting tone
① Each press of function button will make the appliance beep once.
② During the process, the appliance will beep for 10 times when you should put add-ins into the box.
③ The appliance will beep for 10 times as soon as the cooking process is finished. Meanwhile, it will
beep for 5 times after the keeping warm process is finished.
④ Except for above tones, beeping for 5 times indicates the appliance is malfunctioning.
5. Thermostat protection
① The yeast requires a certain temperature to ferment so that the appliance is equipped with a
thermostat to control the temperature of the appliance.
② When the appliance detects it is overheating, it will beep for 4 times and stop working automati-
cally. The LCD will show "HHH" until you press the start/stop button to exit alarm status. Restart
the appliance after it has completely cooled.
③ When the appliance detects a low temperature, it will beep for 4 times and stop working automatically.
The LCD will show "LLL" until you press the start/stop button to exit alarm status. Restart the
appliance to preheat for 1~3 minutes via "stew" program before starting another run of desired
program.
