1. Take out the appliance carefully from the package, remove all protective materials on it and check
if there are accessories missed.
2. Clean the appliance thoroughly according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance".
3. Use a clean and soft cloth to wipe the kneading paddle, bread barrel and housing of the appliance
in case of damaging stainless coating. Do not use abrasive tools to clean or maintain the appliance.
4. When using the appliance for the first time, you can use some butter or oil to wipe the bread barrel
and install it well in the inner pot. After wiping with oil evenly, plug in the appliance and press the
Bake program to cook for 10 minutes in order to extinguishing the odor of heating elements and
bread barrel.
5. Unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning the barrel for second time.
Tip: For the first time use, the coating of the heating tube may oxidize and produce bubbles and
smelly odor.

Operating instructions
Do the process as below on the reference of certain recipes：
(Please take the product in kind as the criterion)
1. Aim at the semicircle in the
barrel to insert the kneading
paddle.
2. When adding the eggs, pour
less milk and water according
to actual circumstances.
3. Pour the water /milk into the
barrel first.
4. Put the salt on the corner of
the bread barrel.
5. Another corner for putting the
sugar.
6. Put the butter and oil into
the barrel.
