Troubleshooting
If a problem arises, you can check this list for a quick solution. If this does not
resolve your problem, please call our customer care center, at 727.573.9611.

Important – Most problems can be quickly resolved by resetting the
GFCI breaker. Try this first before proceeding.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Breaker trips
Wiring error Load Neutral wire not connected to GFCI
(connected to Neutral bus)
Wrong GFCI GFCI breaker is wrong size
Ozonator (or
blower) wet
Remove tube from ozonator (or blower) and
allow 2 days to dry out
Foamy wate

Soaps, skin
oils, or

Close the air control valves and allow
filtration cycle to run
Add defoamer
Drain and clean your hot tub
Clean or change filters
Rinse all bathing suits before bathing
