Appendix E - Service and techsupport info
The PianoBar should serve you well for a long time
without trouble. If the unit develops a fault, you
can contact techsupport@moogmusic.com, or
phone 800-948-1990 for assistance. We ask that
you have a detailed explanation of your problem,
and that you have sought assistance from this
manual or our online support. If the unit is
determined to be defective, for units sold in the US,
an RMA (return materials authorization) number will
be issued and the product can then be returned
to the factory for service. Warranty service will be
provided only in the case that the unit suffers a
defect in materials or workmanship. Moog Music
reserves the right to refuse Warranty service if, after
inspection, the unit appears to have been
damaged by misuse, such as dropping the unit.
