• Atthecoreofthe440Seriesisarugged6‐DOF(DegreesofFreedom)MEMSinertialsensorclusterthatis
commonacrossallmembersofthe440Series.The6‐DOFMEMSinertialsensorclusterincludesthree
axesofMEMSangularratesensingandthreeaxesofMEMSlinearaccelerationsensing.Thesesensorsare
basedonrugged,fieldprovensiliconbulkmicromachiningtechnology.Eachsensorwithintheclusteris
individuallyfactorycalibratedfortemperatureandnon‐linearityeffectsduringMoogCrossbow’s
manufacturingandtestprocessusingautomatedthermalchambersandratetables.
