• Includeadescriptionoftheserviceorrepairrequired,adescriptionoftheproblemswiththeunit,andthe
conditionsthattheproblemsoccurred,suchwhatfunctionwasbeingused.
• Placetheequipmentintheoriginalshippingcontainer(s),makingsurethereisadequatepackingaroundall
sidesoftheequipment.Iftheoriginalshippingcontainerswerediscarded,useheavyboxeswithadequate
paddingandprotection.

Oneachsideofthecontainer,clearlylabelthecontainerwith“FRAGILE–HANDLEWITHCARE”.
