A vent damper is provided to allow ne tuning
of the draft. Too little draft will cause ames to be too
long with black tips and too much draft will cause
ames to be short and blue.
To adjust the damper, burn the unit on High 10
minutes or more. Adjust the vent damper to a posi-
tion in the ranges listed below that produces the most
desirable ame pattern.

