Clarity Direct Vent Wiring Diagram
The Clarity Direct Vent gas heater, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with current
local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the current edition of National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA
70 in the United States or the current Canadian Electrical Code CSA 22.1 in Canada.

CAUTION: Label all wires prior to disconnection
when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause
improper and dangerous operation. Verify proper
labeling after servicing.

CONTROL SYSTEM AND ANY GAS CONTROL
WHICH HAS BEEN UNDER WATER.

plugged directly into a properly grounded re-
ceptacle. Do not cut or remove the grounding
prong from the plug.
