Make wire connection to power source in the

utlet box. Use wire nuts to make the following
connections. Connect black from fixture to

lack from power source. Connect white from
f
ixture to white from power source. Connect
bare ground wire from fixture to ground wire
f
rom outlet box., Make sure all wire filiments
a
re inside the wire nuts. After wire nuts are
installed push connections into outlet box with
w
ire nuts pointing upward.

Place fixture over outlet box allowing
the 2 screws to protrude through the
canopy. Install 2 knurled nuts provid-
ed. Refer to glass installation on pre-
vious pages.

Place flush mount canopy, star washer,
ground wire, lock washer, and nut togeth-
er onto the fitter and tighten nut securely.
