GENERAL To assure success of this installation be sure to read the instructions and review the dia grams thoroughly before beginning. Follow the instructions that are applicable for your light kit. Review the installation instructions supplied with your fan. Make sure that your fan has been wired properly into the ceiling to allow use with your light kit.
GENERAL INSTALLATION 1 2 3 Remove the switch housing cover from the fan by unscrewing the three side mount screws. Remove the plug from the center of the switch housing by unscrewing or pushing out. This plug will no longer be needed. Tread wires from light kit through center hole in reflector plate. 4 5 6 Thread wires from light kit through center hole in switch housing. Install switch housing to light kit by turning clockwise to tighten.
10 12 11 Locate blue and white wire from the fan marked “for light kit”. Connect blue from fan to black from light kit and white from fan to white from light kit by pushing connectors together. Note: If your fan does not have plugs they may be cut as shown on figure “B” on page 2. Install the switch housing cover with light kit to the fan by screwing the three side mount screws. 13 Install finial cap to fitter body.
INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS For designs with a single light kit. First install the bulb. Do not tighten too much. Use 60 Watts bulbs maximum. Place the globe on the light kit plate by hand-tightening the 3 wing screws. Do not tighten too much or you might break the glass. Turn the main power back on. Installation is finished. For designs with fitters. First place the glasses into the fitters by hand-tightening the 3 wing screws on each fitter. Do not tighten too much or you might break the glass.

GENERAL INSTALLATION 1 2 3 Enlever le couvercle du boîtier interrupteur du ventilateur en dévissant les trois vis de montage latérales. Enlever le bouchon du centre du couvercle en le dévissant ou en poussant dessus. Ce bouchon n’est plus nécessaire. Faire glisser les fils du systéme d’éclairage au travers du trou central du plat de réflecteur. 4 5 6 Attacher le plat de réflecteur au systéme d’éclairage en le serrant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
12 11 10 Situer les fils bleu et blanc du ventilateur marqués « For light kit » (pour l’éclairage). Raccorder le fil bleu du ventilateur au fil noir de l’éclairage et le fil blanc du ventilateur au fil blanc de l’éclairage en joignant les raccords. Remarque : si le ventilateur n’est pas muni de raccords, les fils peuvent être coupés, tel illustré par la figure B à la page 6. Attacher le couvercle du boîtier interrupteur avec l’éclairage au ventilateur en vissant les trois vis de montage latérales.
MONTAGE DES ABAT-JOUR Pour les modéles á abat-jour unique. Placer tout d'abord l'ampoule. Ne pas trop serrer. Utiliser des ampoules de 60 watts maximum. Monter l'abat-jour sur les supports d'abat-jour du kit d'éclairage en serrant á la main les 3 vis á orielle. Eviter de trop serrer car vous risqueriez de casser le verre. Rétablir l'alimentation électrique. Le montage est terminé. Pour les modéles á abat-jour multiples.
