Open a browser window, type in the IP address of your router, then hit Enter.
On the left hand side, select "System Settings":
You should be taken to the login screen:
To check the UPnP configuration status, look for the section called "UPnP Enabling". If not, then check the "Enable"
button, then click on "Apply Changes" at the bottom of this screen.
