Step 3

Assemble panelr

extrusion

and handle

• Remove the door extrusions and door panels.

• Drill 1/16" pilot hole through extrusion.

• Drill clearance holes through the panel and extrusion.

• Assemble the door panel, extrusions and custom

handle.

• Install screw(s) long enough to pass through the

extrusion, door panel and into the handle.

Mount

panels

• Place assembled panel onto bottom trim with support

bracket tabs inserted into slots.

• Push the panel back against the steel door with door

extrusion flush to the handle side of the door.

• Open door fully to stop.

• Install screws at the top, hinge side and end of door

extrusion.
