YOUR MONOGRAM COOKTOP WARRANTY
Staple sales slip or cancelled chech here. Proof of original
purchase date is needed to obtain service under warranty.
WHAT IS
COVERED
FULL ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
For one year from date of original i)urchase, we will provide, fl'ee of charge, parts and
service labor in your home to repair or replace any part of the cooktop that tails because
of a mamdhcturing deflect.
This warranty is extended to tile original imrchaser and any succeeding owner fl)r products
imrchased tot ordinary home use in the 48 mainland states, Hawaii and _,Vashington, D.C.
In Alaska tile warranty is tile same except that it is I,IMITED because you inust pay to ship
tile product to tile service shop or for tile service technician's travel costs to wmr home.
All warranty service will be provided bv our Factory Service Centers or bv our authorized
Customer Care _'servicers during normal working hours.

WHAT IS NOT
COVERED
• Service trips to your home to teach you how
to use the product.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of
circuit breakers.
• Damage to the product caused by accident,
fire, floods or acts of God.
• Failure of the product if it is used for
other thm_ its intended purpose or used
commercially.
• hnproper installation, delivery or
maintenance.
If you have an installation problem, contact
your dealer or installer. You are responsible
for providing adequate electrical, gas,
exhausting and other cmmecting facilities
as described in the Installation Instructions
provided with the product.
• Incidental or consequential damage caused
by possible defects with this appliance.
• Dmnage caused after delivery.
Some states do not allow tile exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so tile above limitation or exclusion may not apply to volt. This warranty gives you specific legal
fights, and volt Inav also have other rights which vary fl'oln state to state.
