Adjust the Oven Thermostat
Wall Oven

Yon may feel that your new oven cooks
differently than the one it replaced. We
recommend that you use your new oven for
a flewweeks to become more familiar with
it, follo,adng the times given in your recipes
as a guide.
If yon think your new oven is too hot or too
cool, you can adjust the thermostat yourself.
If you think it is too hot, adjust the thermostat
to make it coolen If you think it is too cool,
adjust the thermostat to make it hotten
We do not recommend the use of thermometers,
such as those found in grocery stores, to check
tile temperature setting of"your new oven.
These thermometers may va W 20-40 degrees.

O Pull the Temperature Control Falob off the
shaft, look at the back of tile knob and note
the current setting before making any
adjustments.
Loosen both screws on the back of the knob.
To increase the oven temperature, move the
index mark one notch toward the words
"MAKE HOTTER."
To decrease tile oven temperature, move the
index mark one notch toward the words
"MAKE COLDER."

Each notch changes tile temperature by
10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tighten the screws.
Replace the knob, matching tile flat area
of the knob to the shaft.
