Self-Cleaning 27" Oven

NOTE: When the 27" oven is set fl)r sell=
cleaning, only the surtace burners may be
used. The 12" oven, the griddle and/or the
grill cannot be used.
For the first sell=clean cycle, we recommend
venting your kitchen with an open window or
using a ventilation tan or hood.
Remove the broiler pan, broiler grid, all
cookware, probe and anv aluminum toil fl'om
the oven--they cannot withstand the high
cleaning temperatures.
NOTE: Your oven is equipped with gray
porcelain-coated oven shelves. They may be
lett in the oven during the sell=clean cycle.
Soil outside the gasket on the fl'ont frame of
the range and on the door will need to be
cleaned by hand. Clean these areas with hot
water, soap-tilled scouring pads or cleansers
such as Soti Scrub L Rinse well with clean
water and dry.
Do not clean the gasket. The fiberglass
material of the oven door gasket cannot
withstand abrasion. It is essential for the gasket
to remain intact. If wm notice it becoming
worn or frayed, replace it.
Wipe up any heavy spillove_ on the oven
bottoll/.
Make sure the oxen light bulb coxer is in place
and the oxen light is ott.
Wipe up heavy soil on the oven bottom.

The clean cxcle takes about 5 hours plus about
30 minutes to cool down,
1 Push in the CI,EAN selector button on the
right hand side of the control panel aboxe
the thermostat dial.
2 Set the thermostat dial to CI,EAN.
Cooling blower turns on.
The OVEN light and HEATING light turn on.
The DOOR I,OCKED light turns on.
The blower and the OVEN light will turn off
once the cwle has finished.
3 When cleaning has finished, push the OFF
selector button.
The door latch will unlock automatically alter
the oven temperature talls below approx. 550°E
