Muminum: Medimn-weight cookware is
recommended because it heats quickly
and evenly: Most toods brown evenly in
an aluminum skillet. Use saucepans with
tight-fitting lids for cooking with minimmn

All burner grates are designed to suI)port
wok cooking. For easy access and additional
clearances to combustibles, we suggest using
a fl'ont bm'ner ti)r wok cooking.

it over and replace in tile grate fl'ame. Tile
wok side is contom'ed to support a wok with
a to/rod or bowl shaped bottom. This design
eliminates the need fi)r a wok ring and will
accoi/]i/]o(late most woks.
Check to be sure that vour wok fits securely
and is stable when placed on the wok grate,
CAUTION: Good wok stability is best achieved
by using to/rod-bottom woks. Flat-bottom woks
are not recommended. Avoid using woks with
extrelnely Sll/ooth, ilntextln'ed, bottoln S/lI'i_lce
finishes as these may allow undesired rocking
of the wok in the grate cradle.
