OFS LEN (offset and length) is where the playback start and range of a pattern can be
adjusted. The OFS column can set a start point for the pattern to begin to play and loop.
The LEN column sets a maximum length of the pattern. Note; the offset need to be set for
the LEN parameter to be accessible.
TRN (transpose) allows the pattern assigned to the keymap range to be transposed.
TIM (timing) allows the pattern start to be delayed for the pattern assigned to the keymap
range. It has the same function as the timing parameter found in the MULTI TRIG menu
(see “MULTI TRIG” on page 40).
• On the SFX-6 you can enter multi map mode by pressing [MULTI TRIG] while hold-
ing [FUNCTION]. The multi map mode is indicated by the <MULTI TRIG> LED flash-
ing. The keyboard now trigs patterns as set up in the MULTI MAP EDIT menu.
FILE
From here you can save and load Monomachine data and settings. You can handle data for
patterns, songs, kits and global slots individually or in combinations. You can save the
whole memory and restore the state of the unit at a later time. The DIGIPRO MANAGER is
also found here. It is used to manage your waveforms.
SYSEX SEND
This menu is used for sending all or part of the patterns, songs, kits and global slots.
1. Select FILE in the GLOBAL menu. Then select SYSEX SEND
using the [ARROW] keys
and press [ENTER/YES].
Use the [RIGHT] and [LEFT] keys to move between the tabs. Use the [UP] and [DOWN]
keys to change the parameters. The LEVEL knob can also be used for setting the ranges.
SELECTION (selection) offers the following transfer options:
• ALL - All Monomachine data (patterns, kits and global data) will be sent. This can be
used for making a full backup of all the Monomachine memory data. No RANGE param-
eters are available.
• KIT - O
nly the kits speficied in the RANGE tab will be sent.
