European Union - Directive 1999/5/EC
The Monnit CGW3 - 2G Cellular Gateway has been evaluated against the essential require-
ments of the 1999/5/EC Directive.
Hereby, Monnit Corp., declares that the Monnit CGW3 - 2G Cellular Gateway is in compli-
ance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.
In order to satisfy the essential requirements of 1999/5/EC Directive, GE910 modules are
compliant with the following standards:
RF spectrum use (R&TTE art. 3.2) EN 301 511 V9.0.2; EN 62311:2008
EMC (R&TTE art. 3.1b) EN 301 489-1 V1.9.2
EN 301 489-7 V1.3.1
Health & Safety (R&TTE art. 3.1a) EN 60950-1:2006 + A11:2009 + A1:2010 +
A12:2011 + AC:2011
The conformity assessment procedure referred to in Article 10 and detailed in Annex IV of
Directive 1999/5/EC has been followed with the involvement of the following Notied Body

There is no restriction for the commercialisation of the Monnit CGW3 - 2G Cellular Gateway
in all the countries of the European Union.
Antennas
WARNING: ISM and GSM antennas are considered integral to the
Monnit CGW3 - 2G Cellular Gateway and should remain xed within 3
meters of the device during operation.
