age,a100kresistorisrequiredasshowninFigure2,andthesensitiv-
ityshouldbesettothedesiredvalue.
Thestatesoftheunit’srelayoutputsaredeterminedbytheseries
combinationresistanceoftheleakageandtemperaturesensors.Under
normalconditionstheresistanceremainsbetweentheleakageand
over-temperaturesensitivities,andbothoutputrelaysarede-energized.
Ifthetemperatureswitchopens,theover-temperaturerelaylatcheson
untiltheremoteresetbuttonispressed.Twoconditionsmustbemetfor
resettooccur:powermustbeappliedandthetemperatureswitchmust
beclosed.Iftheleakagesensorresistancedropsbelowtheleakage
sensitivitysetting,theleakagerelayenergizes.Whentheleakagecondi-
tionclears,therelayresetsautomatically.
