Vertical Scales
The NTSC graticule is scaled in IRE units and extends from –40 to
+120 IRE, in 10 IRE increments. Black level setup is denoted by a
dashed line at 7.5 IRE.
The PAL (CCIR) graticule is scaled in volts and extends from 0 to
1.2 V, in 0.1 V increments.
