Via the menu item “Settings – service menu” you get additional information on the device, which
are required for support requests.

If you lose the password, click on the button „Unlock password“. This opens your default e-mail
program with a prepared email. The email contains a device-specific key which is sent to the
address [e-mail]. After validation of the device-specific key and verification of your
authorization by us, you will receive a time-limited reset password. The reset password can be
entered at any request to enter a password (e.g. when deleting a password) and resets all
passwords assigned in the device. New passwords can then be assigned as described in the
previous chapter.
When you click on “Restore to factory settings”, the device is reset to the standard configuration
parameters.
