❶ Loosen the hex bolts on the handlebar face plate using the hex
wrench. Remove the faceplate.
❷ Place the handlebar over the bottom face plate. Then, place
the top faceplate over the handlebar.
Note: Be sure the handlebar is centered on the faceplace.
❸ Tighten the hex bolts on the top faceplate.
❹ Loosen the hex bolts on the collar clamp using the hex wrench.
❺ Insert the handlebar/tube assembly onto the headset.
❻ With the front wheel pointed ahead and the handlebars
squared, ghten the hex bolts on the collar clamp using a hex
wrench.
