Fit a reversing camera and monitor
All vehicles have a huge blind spot directly behind them and
unfortunately accidents do happen where people, pets and
objects are accidently run over or reversed into.
It’s so easy to do, we’ve all done it, simply because we
couldn’t see.
Test your own vehicle. Get a large object and place it on the
ground behind your car. Look into your rear view mirrors –
can you see it ? Keep moving the object backwards until you
can. The distance between the object and the car is the blind
spot – big isn’t it?
A reversing camera and monitor can help prevent these
disasters and it works automatically. As soon as you select
reverse gear, the camera and monitor switch on
automatically to show if anything is behind you.
