The user and any third parties are prohibited from
performing any service or repairs on the scanner. The
scanner is designed and meant to be repaired only by
qualied technicians. Any signs of tampering will void
your warranty and make you liable for the full cost of
the device.
The scanner housing and scanner lens should be
periodically cleaned using a standard alcohol wipe.
The scanner cradle should be removed when cleaning
the lens (See page 9).
If the device is malfunctioning, please contact MonaVie
customer support for a replacement unit.
