When you rst try anything new it can feel
uncomfortable; a lot to learn at once. This is
completely normal.
Our suggestion is to simply give it a go. There is no
right or wrong. Be open, be curious and see what
you notice when you try new methods. This is a
key step in developing your Moment abilities.
