A Moment is a short pause (as little as 30 seconds)
to focus on your breath. It’s a form of mindfulness,
an evidenced-based solution to counter the impact
of stress.
Taking a Moment interrupts stress signals, allowing
your mind and body to take a rest and re-balance
your nervous system. As soon as you start to notice
your stress signals, it’s a good time to take a Moment.
