Why does my device keep turning off?
If the filter hasn’t been replaced for an extended period of time, your device
will turn off, and its fan speed lights and filter status indicator will pulse as
a reminder to replace the filter immediately.
You can restart Molekule Air Mini by tapping the button on the device.
Why does my device come with a bag of activated carbon on top?
To reduce the presence of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air
before you’ve had a chance to plug in your new Molekule Air Mini, each new
device ships with a small bag of natures oldest purifier: activated carbon.
Once your device is plugged in, you can reuse the bag. To rejuvenate it,
simply leave it outside in direct sunlight for at least an hour once a month.
It’ll then be ready to help deodorize your fridge, pet’s room or anywhere else
you have odors.
Molekule Air Mini does not require the Molekule app to function?
The device will work just as effectively without being connected to WiFi.
Connecting your device lets you control it remotely from your smartphone
through the app and see your filter health.
Why is my device unresponsive, and my WiFi and PECO-Filter status
