Countdown payload will be sent in Port 14.
➢ Timestamp: Standard UTC time.
➢ Time zone: It is a signed number, convert to decimal, then then divide by 2, and this is UTC
time zone;
➢ ON/OFF state after countdown process ends: 00 means OFF; 01 means ON.
➢ Time remaining of the countdown process: Convert to decimal, the unit is S(second).
