Assembly Instrucons
STEP 1
Remove jack from package.
Inventory items to be certain all parts and hardware
are present. If you have any quesons regarding assembly,

STEP 2
Assemble the Wheel to the Base
by inserng Cap Screw and Nylock Nut and
ghten. Repeat with second Wheel.
Note: Do not over ghten Nylock Nut to allow
the wheels to roll easily.

Aach the Tower to the Base using
Cap Screw and Nylock Nut as shown.
Note: Do not over ghten Nylock Nut to allow
the unit to fold and unfold easily.
