MOHAWK SHEET VINYL LIMITED WARRANTY
Mohawk warrants berglass cushion sheet vinyl ooring for defects in material and/or workmanship that relate to manufacturing defects, contraction and
expansion, curl-crack-rip-tear-gouge, moisture, mold and mildew, scuffs, household stains, yellowing stains, and wear in accordance with the terms of this
warranty and during the stated period of the warranty:

LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTIES
Manufacturing Defects Warranty
ensures your oor will be free from manufacturing defects.
Contraction and Expansion Resistant Warranty
ensures that your oor will resist contraction and expansion, excluding areas of extreme localized temperature variations.
Curl-Crack-Rip-Tear-Gouge Resistant Warranty
ensures that your oor will resist curling, cracks, rips, tears, or gouges from normal household use

Cold Crack Warranty
ensures that your oor will not cold crack when properly stored, tensioned, and installed according to the recommended Mohawk Sheet Vinyl
installation procedures.
Waterproof Warranty
ensures that the ooring will be 100% waterproof and the structural integrity of the oor will not be signicantly diminished by exposure to water

Mold and Mildew Resistant Warranty
ensures that your oor will resist the effects of mold, mildew and/or alkaline substances

Scuff Resistant Warranty
(on products with a polyurethane lacquer) ensures that your oor will resist permanent scuffs from shoe soles.
Household Stain Resistant Warranty
ensures that your oor will resist permanent stains from common household products, excluding permanent marker, permanent dyes & nishing stains.
Yellowing Stain Resistant Warranty
(on products with a polyurethane lacquer) ensures that your oor will resist permanent stain or yellowing from foot trafc, including asphalt track off

Wear Resistance Warranty
ensures that your oor will resist wearing through the wear layer under normal household conditions

*Normal household use is dened as common daily activities in the home, excluding pet damage such as chewing, digging, clawing, etc.
†Waterproof warranty applies to the Mohawk Sheet Vinyl product itself and does not extend to damage of the suboor or adhesives. The warranty refers to topicalmoisture or
topical water exposure. It does not cover moisture or water coming from below/underneath the product, and does not cover ooding or intentionaldamage or misuse.
‡A oor discolored due to mold or mildew growth will be replaced only one time. If the replacement oor fails in the same manner, the site conditions may not be acceptable for the installation of sheet vinyl.

ǁWearing through is dened as complete loss of the wear layer so that the printed pattern or design is altered. Gloss reduction is not considered wear and is not covered by this warranty.
OBLIGATIONS OF OWNER
These warranties apply only to the original owner and the rst installation of the product and are non-transferable. The “original owner” is the person stated as
the buyer on the purchase document(s).
