Manufacturer warrants that the factory applied nish will not wear through or will not lack nish adhesion as a result of normal use. Additional structural
warranty and moisture warranty may be applicable to this engineered hardwood. See product sample or your retailer for specic details and duration of warranty.
Pre-installation Suboor Moisture Testing
Installer should use this section to record pre-installation moisture content readings. This completed form along with at least one carton end label and the oor
care maintenance instructions should be provided to the owner for their records.
