PART 3 – EXECUTION 3.01 3.2 SITE INSPECTION A. Examine the subfloor before installation to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from foreign substances that may adversely affect adhesion or cause discoloration. Furthermore, ensure that the subfloor is free of adhesive, oil, grease, solvent and other foreign substances that may adversely affect adhesion or alter the appearance or durability of the vinyl flooring.
